Do we accept returns?
YES.
We accept returns for a full refund or exchange within 30 days from purchasing or 30 days from receiving your order.

What happens if my bag breaks?
We warranty any manufacture defect within a year from purchasing. We do not cover damage or tear from normal use. Please contact hello@voccoatelier.com and we will help you and guide you in the process. Products may be replaced or reapaired and send it back to you as soon as possible.
Can I add a personal note if it's a gift?
Of course! It will be a pleasure to us to include a personal note. You could even send us a pic to create a personalized gift card.
